9. Income Disclosure Statement
The asset recovery industry involves helping former property owners claim surplus funds from foreclosure sales. While there is legitimate income potential in this industry, we provide the following disclosures:
- Success Fee Model: Recovery agents typically charge a contingency fee (commonly 25-35% of recovered funds) which means you only earn when you successfully recover funds for a client.
- Variable Income: Income can vary dramatically from month to month based on case closures, market conditions, and individual effort.
- No Base Salary: This is a commission-based business opportunity. There is no guaranteed income, salary, or minimum payment.
- Startup Period: Most business ventures require a period of development before generating significant income. Results from the first months may not be representative of long-term potential.
- Ongoing Costs: Running a recovery business may involve ongoing costs including marketing, lead generation, software subscriptions, and professional services.
10. Program-Specific Information
US Foreclosure Recovery Inc. offers two distinct agent programs. The commission structure and earning potential differ between programs. All commission figures below are illustrative examples only and do not constitute a guarantee of income. Actual results depend on individual effort, case complexity, market conditions, and the surplus amount of each individual claim.
Partnership Program ($2,895)
Under the Partnership Program, agents operate on a 50/50 commission split of the 30% recovery fee charged to the client.
- Recovery fee charged to client: 30% of the recovered surplus amount
- Agent's share: 50% of the 30% recovery fee
- Illustrative example: On a $100,000 surplus, the 30% recovery fee totals $30,000. The partner agent earns $15,000 (50% of $30,000). This is an example only -- not a guarantee or projection of earnings.
Owner Operator Program ($4,995)
Under the Owner Operator Program, agents retain 100% of the 30% recovery fee charged to the client.
- Recovery fee charged to client: 30% of the recovered surplus amount
- Agent's share: 100% of the 30% recovery fee
- Illustrative example: On a $100,000 surplus, the 30% recovery fee totals $30,000. The owner operator retains the full $30,000. This is an example only -- not a guarantee or projection of earnings.
The examples above are for illustrative purposes only. They are not projections, forecasts, or guarantees of what any individual agent will earn. Results vary based on individual effort, market conditions, case complexity, geographic market, lead availability, and other factors beyond our control.
