What you need
An email address you can access, an internet connection, and software able to open PDF, Word and Excel files. Most computers, tablets and phones handle these formats without additional software.
If it does not arrive
- Check your spam or junk folder, and any promotions tab. Automated delivery mail is sometimes filtered there.
- Check the address you entered. A typo at checkout is the most common cause.
- Contact us. Email support@startmybusiness.us or call (888) 534-4145 with the email address and name used at purchase. We will resend your access details.
If technical problems on our side prevent or unreasonably delay delivery, your exclusive and sole remedy is either replacement or refund of the price paid, as set out in our Refund Policy.
Geographic availability and restrictions
The materials are written for United States surplus and unclaimed-property practice and are sold in US Dollars. They may be purchased and downloaded from anywhere our payment processor accepts payment, but their content is United States specific and may be of limited use elsewhere.
You are responsible for complying with the export, import and other laws that apply where you are. You may not purchase or use the materials if you are located in, or are a resident of, a country or region subject to comprehensive United States trade sanctions, or if you appear on any restricted-party list.
Access, retention and re-download
Download and save your files promptly. We aim to keep access available for a reasonable period, but we do not guarantee indefinite hosting of any particular file. If you lose your copies, contact us and we will help where we reasonably can.
